These are special interest groups of our club. Below you can find out what they do, where and when they do it, and who runs it.
Magic The Gathering
Magic The Gathering is one of the more popular games in our club. It is a collectable card game of spells and creatures that aims at bringing it’s opponents health to zero. We’re looking for an interested player in heading up this SIG.
Pen and Pencil RPG’s are role playing games played on paper instead of a video game console. Using paper character sheets and dice to determine percentages and outcomes, a group of 4-5 players venture in a world of dangerous stakes and great treasures.
Currently, our members are playing various campaigns ranging: Rouge Trader, D&D 2e Spelljammer, Burning Wheel, Mage: The Awakening, HackMaster Basic, and Serenity. This SIG is led by Alok Baikadi. He can be contacted at "abaikad" @ ncsu.
A previous organization, Wolf GO Club, has been absorbed into Table Top Gamers. The previous Go Club President, Liam Royce, scheduled GO nights, events, and competitions through Table Top Gamers. Although we have many sets, there is no current GO SIG chair.
There isn’t a Warmachine part of the club really, though some people in the club play warmachine. There is a group here in the Triangle that is active here in Raleigh and many NC State Warmachine affectionados are in it. They can be found here.
